Options are popular derivatives for hedging risks or speculation. Many market participants are quite satisfied with the
possibilities provided by plain vanilla puts and calls – two major types of options. But what to do if you have particular
needs which demand completely different approach to risk mitigation? In this case exotic options can provide an
appropriate solution. The term ‘exotic option’ is used to describe later generation options whose terms differ in some
way from the standard terms of a vanilla call or put option. Their pay-off structure is so diverse that can be fitted to any
